ORDER


How to place an order?


Step 1 : Browse through the site using the search box or by categories until you find the item you wish to purchase.

Step 2 : From the product page select the size / quantity you’d like (be sure to check the bottom of the page for other colors available) and click “Add To Cart.”

Step 3 : You can repeat step 2 by clicking “Continue Shopping” to add more items to your cart or click “Check Out” once you’ve added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

Step 4 : You will have the option of signing in to your pre-registered account, creating a new account, or checking out without an account.
If you are not signing in to a pre-registered account, you will be asked to fill out your shipping and billing info.
If you chose to check out without creating an account, your information will not be saved.

Step 5 : You will receive a payment invoice after you’ve checked out successfully. Please make payment and revert to us within 24 hours.
Items are reserved 24 hours once you’ve placed an order. If we do not get any response after 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Step 6 : After payment detail is emailed to us, we will send you a payment verification email. Do give us 1-2 working days to verify your payment.
Paid orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days from the day you receive the payment verification email.
You may check your order status when you log in to your account.



PAYMENT


For local buyers, we accept:


1) DBS/ POSB / UOB / OCBC I-banking transfer
2) DBS/ POSB / UOB / OCBC ATM transfer:
Customers must provide us with a snapshot of the transaction receipt for verification purpose. We will not be able to process your order without a receipt.
3) Interbank transfer: Verification will take 3 working days to process.
4) PAYPAL : An additional paypal service charge of 6% will be charged on top of the total purchase amount.
5) Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments via PAYPAL :
An additional paypal service charge of 6% will be charged on top of the total purchase amount.
*Note: We strongly encourage I-banking transfer.


For international buyers, we accept:

SHIPPING | Local


We ship all parcels via Singpost. Types of delivery methods available at Singpost :


  • Normal Mail (complimentary)
  • Parcels will be sent to the mailbox. Do note that we will not be liable for any parcels lost under this mode of postage.

  • Registered mail (additional $2.24)
  • Parcels sent under this mode will be received at your doorstep. Signature is required upon delivery. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost mails. Registered mail can be tracked here: http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp

  • AM Mail (Mail Box / Door Step)
  • 1) AM Mail (Mail Box) :> Parcels will be delivered to your mailbox. Additional $2.60.
    2) AM Mail (Door Step) : Parcels will be delivered to your doorstep. Signature is required upon delivery. Additional $3.90.

    Parcels mailed out before 5pm will be delivered to you the following working day before 11am. Do note that parcels must be less than 300g in order to use this mode of postage.

  • Speedpost Courier
  • 1) 1.5 Hour (Express) Service (Additional $22.40)
    2) 3 Hour (Fast) Service (Additional $15.25)
    3) Same Day (Normal) Service (Additional $9.15)

    Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. All orders ship within 2-4 working days after payment is verified. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and volume of orders. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or public holidays.
     



    SHIPPING | International


    We love our overseas customers! We ship all parcels via Singpost. To find out the cost of shipping to your country, add your desired items to the cart and use the fast and easy shipping calculator to receive a quote. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Registered mail
  • All international orders are shipped via Singpost Registered unless Speedpost is requested. Parcels sent under this mode requires signature upon delivery.

    Do note that the tracking system only traceable within Singapore.

  • Speedpost Worldwide Services

    SELF-COLLECTION


    Self-collection is now available at our studio office located at 1014 Geylang East Ave 3 #04-228.



    Collection day will be every Thursday. * Collection day may change if we're overseas during that week.
    Payment must be made and emailed by Tuesday 12.00pm to be eligible for the same week Thursday collection. Collection will be arranged via email. For more enquiries, do drop us an email at sales@therobotninjas.com



    CURRENCY CONVERSIONS


    All prices on our site are listed in SGD dollars, and charged in SGD dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.     RETURNS / EXCHANGE


    All returns must be authorized by Robot Ninjas. Exchange is only allowed if item is defected. A full refund will be made if the defected item is out of stock.
    Returns and exchanges for items are accepted within 7 working days for local and 21 working days for international purchases from the dispatch date. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
    All returns must be shipped via Registered mail (Local) and Speedpost Air Parcel (International). We will bear the postage charges if the return item is defected.
    Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached. We reserve the rights to reject the return if item received is not in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition.
    *Do note that exchange may take up to 21 working days to complete.
    Please note that all accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE.

    Measurements are provided as accurate as possible on the product page. If you’re in doubt, kindly measure your best-fit top/dress/bottom and compare against the measurement provided.     PRIVACY


    Robot Ninjas is committed to protect your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. Robot Ninjas guarantees the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list. You can always update or delete your personal information on our web site. Simply click "My Account" in the menu at the top of each page on our site, log in, and you'll be able to edit or change your information.


     

    SECURITY


    Any personal information given to Robot Ninjas will be protected and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Robot Ninjas ' server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

    Should you forget your password, we will email you a new temporary password. This is the best way to protect your information, as sending your existing password via email is not safe. Upon receiving your new temporary password, you may change it by going to my account. Robot Ninjas reserves the right to make changes to the information on this site and the services described therein, at anytime without notice.
