By using patronising Robot Ninjas, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. Robot Ninjas reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without notice.


PRODUCT


All items are brand new with exceptions to our Vintage Label. All items are free-sized unless stated.

All items sold are non-refundable but are exchangeable if the item is defected. Replacement of the same product will be made if it’s defected. Should the defected product be sold out at the point of return, a full refund will be made. Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be done.

Reservations and trades are strictly not allowed at Robot Ninjas.



PRICING


Prices are exclusive of postage charges. Normal local mail is complimentary. For registered local mail, there’s an additional charge of $2.25 per parcel. For other postage charges, please refer here.

All the prices stated are final and non-negotiable.



PAYMENT


Please take note that receiving the payment invoice only implies your intention of confirming the item(s). Thus, item(s) not paid within the time frame of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter.
Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you’ve made an ATM transfers, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be treated as no order.
For payments made via credit card and paypal, there will be a 6% tax of the total bill for paypal charges.

Robot Ninjas will take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have payment if you did not make any.

Payments will be verified within 6 – 48 hours depending on volume of order.



DELIVERY


Robot Ninjas will not be held liable for lost parcels if customer chooses to opt for normal mail. Robot Ninjas strongly encourage all buyers to opt for registered parcels for a safe piece of mind. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent.
Robot Ninjas ship all parcels via Singpost. Robot Ninjas will not be liable for any delayed / lost parcels on Singpost side.



SIZING / IMAGES


Additional images will not be provided, however, Robot Ninjas will try our best to assist should you have any doubts.

If you are unsure about the sizing, do check the model’s portfolio (height, UK size) as well as the measurements provided. You can also measure your best-fit top/dress/bottom and compare against the measurement provided. Alternatively, you can submit your enquiry under the “CONTACT" page
Robot Ninjas makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
